2020年8月12日，由知名專業壓力容器制造商——張家港富瑞重型裝備有限公司為世界級豪華郵輪量身定制的LNG燃料罐產品順利交付，本批次2臺2320立方米LNG燃料罐各自配有頂部燃料處理單元，將從張家港港新重裝碼頭出發駛向法國大西洋船廠，標志著地中海世界級系列郵輪的首制船——“MSC Europa”號又一重大節點順利完成。

FRHE Successful Delivery of LNG Fuel Tanks for MSC World Class Cruise Ship
On August 12, 2020, 2 sets of 2320m3 LNG fuel tanks customized by the well-known professional pressure vessel manufacturer – Zhangjiagang Furui Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. (FRHE below) for MSC world-class cruise ships (LNG powered) were successfully delivered. Both tanks equipped with a top fuel processing unit will depart from Zhangjiagang Gangxin Port to Chantiers de l’Atlantique (Saint Nazaire, France), marking another milestone of the construction for the first ship – “MSC Europa” is completed.
The fuel power system of MSC world-class cruise is designed with Wärtsilä-LNG Pac® patent. Safety and reliability as the first principle, it gives consideration to energy saving and economy, providing customers with the most comprehensive LNG fuel management solution. Due to a lot of advanced design concepts, the manufacturing standards of these LNG fuel tanks are extremely stringent. In the face of many manufacturing difficulties, the project team of FRHE took over the responsibility bravely and broke through the technical bottleneck constantly by rich construction experience of Type-C LNG tank and skid, and finally realized the customer’s design concept perfectly.
FRHE set foot in the field of clean energy since 2009, now has become the most professional supplier who can simultaneously provide type-C double-wall tank (vacuum insulation), single-wall tank (PU foam/panel insulation) and LNG bullet tank. Relying on strategy of the parent company’s LNG industry chain, FRHE focuses on the positioning of supplying heavy equipment for clean energy sector. In the face of various difficulties in the current market environment, FRHE kept his promises and actively responded to ensure quality, production during the resumption of work, and submitted satisfactory answers to all his customers.
“MSC Europa”is the first ship among the four world-class cruise ships ordered by MSC Cruises from CdA, which will be delivered from 2022 to 2026. This cruise can carry up to 6,850 guests and 2,760 crew members.
