1. 涂裝施工前對螺旋槳表面進行高壓淡水清洗清潔。
螺旋槳在加工和安裝過程中有很多的拋光膏、油污、不容易除去的灰塵顆粒等不利于涂裝的表面殘留。這些殘留必須徹底清除。先用高壓淡水清洗除去螺旋槳表面的灰塵污垢和微量鹽分。再用稀釋劑擦拭清潔表面的油污,拋光膏等殘留。

2. 螺旋槳噴涂有機硅防污涂料前,鄰近區域的漆膜應充分保護。并同時搭設施工防護棚。
有機硅防污涂料施工過程中,要求對周圍環境嚴格保護。不能污染其他區域。有機硅防污涂料成膜后,表面非常光滑、不粘性極強,很難和其他油漆融合。一旦飄落到其他油漆表面必須進行徹底的清除否則將不法進行復涂。所以必須對其他油漆表面進行細致徹底的保護。搭設防護棚一定要做到全覆蓋無縫隙!

3.沖砂
銅質螺旋槳沖砂時必須采用非金屬磨料。如果用金屬磨料如鋼砂沖擊銅質螺旋槳會在銅表面上殘留,會與銅發生電偶腐蝕。銅質螺旋槳沖砂時必須采用如棕剛玉、石英砂、石榴石等非金屬磨料。磨料盡快能采用14—16#。沖砂表面要達到粗糙度35—65微米。
3. Sand washing

第一道漆為丁醛樹脂基蝕刻底漆。主要功能就是封閉銅表面,增加與下道涂料的附著力。

第三道漆為有機硅防污漆,這道漆至關重要。它施工的好壞也直接影響這個涂裝質量。要求也十分的苛刻。由于有機硅防污涂料表面光滑,機械結合力很弱。涂裝間隔就顯得尤為重要,一般的情況下油漆技術服務商都會要求在4-8小時之間就進行復涂。只要中間漆表面固化,就可以進行復涂以增加油漆層間化學分子鏈的結合。有機硅防污涂料,不可以和其他油漆混合。所以在進行有機硅防污涂料施工時所用的工具,必須是全新或者是仔細清理過的。
